Service Quality and Business Improvement Lead
Jacek Zawieracz has been part of Optimal Solicitors for over a decade, dedicating his career to client care and service quality. He joined the firm in 2015 as a Legal Assistant before moving into Business Development and later taking leadership of the First Response Team. For more than eight years, he managed the department that handles a client’s very first call—setting the standard for empathy, reassurance, and professionalism that has become central to Optimal’s culture.
One of Jacek’s proudest achievements has been developing and mentoring the First Response Team into a high-performing unit that consistently delivers the kind of client experience Optimal is known for. Many of his colleagues credit him with guiding their professional growth and instilling the values of trust, clarity, and compassion.
Now, as Service Quality and Business Improvement Lead, Jacek focuses on the bigger picture: refining processes, integrating smarter technologies, and raising service standards across the firm. His goal is to ensure that every client not only receives expert legal advice but also feels supported and reassured at each step of their journey.
What motivates Jacek most is people—whether that means helping clients through a difficult moment, building stronger teams, or finding better ways to work together. He believes that success comes from collaboration, trust, and a genuine commitment to care.
Outside of work, Jacek enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, and trying new outdoor activities such as clay pigeon shooting and airsoft. He is also passionate about exploring new ideas in business development and leadership, always looking for ways to grow both personally and professionally.
